Our 1940's cottage, with 3 BR/1 BA, has all the charm of the original house and is a short bike ride to the Pier Village.
The house is blanketed with traditional Saint Simons foliage and has a feeling of home when you arrive. The long driveway provides enough space to bring the whole family. The family room has a couch, two rocking chairs, and a smart tv. Off the living space is an open kitchen with two bar stools, a traditional coffee pot, and a beautiful stained glass divider into the quaint dining space. The dining space can be used for gathering the family for dinner, reading a book or playing a board game.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with a smart tv. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king bed. The full bathroom is located in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.
Pet Friendly: 2 dogs under 25lbs, $150 for one and $225 for two.
Please Note: A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee which is applied to all reservations and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
