3 Bedroom House in Water Island
Water Island is a very small, secluded and friendly town on Fire Island, in between FI Pines and Davis Park. It is accessible by a direct ferry from Sayville. As with the rest of Fire Island, there are no cars. Water Island also has no public buildings - only about 40-50 houses. It's absolute heaven.
Our ocean-front house has direct and unobstructed views of the Atlantic and the bay is only about 1-city block away.
The house has three bedrooms, two with a full-sized double bed and one with a queen. There are one and a half baths and an outdoor shower as well. We have a gas grill, a lovely hammock, an outdoor picnic table with umbrella and deck chairs. There is a washer/dryer, weekly garbage pick-up and Wi-Fi. All sheets, towels, kitchenware, etc. provided.
We'd prefer one couple or family - no group shares and no smokers. One dog allowed; no cats.
PLEASE NOTE: Available for the 2025 full season of July 1-August 31 OR full months of either July or August. *NO weeklies or short term rentals.** If you do take it for both July & August, we will offer a discount. Thanks!
