Positive: Great location , close to beaches and short drive to Newquay. Great swimming pool for kids and entertainment events.

Negative: When we enter the property all look spotless and clean but one thing we notice was strong odour ,something like smell of mould or humid . Would be nice if the host invest some money for air freshness. Other thing was problem with fireplace which we try to turn on but without success. Host messaged me how to do it but we still couldn’t manage to turn on. Car park space looks like another issue , they were not correctly number for caravans, so after contacting host I been told to park anywhere around the caravan where is the space , so we park on the grass next to it. After two days we been told by the park staff that we not allowed to park there as we damaged the grass😦 We had to move our car on the other side caravan’s car park , luckily they were empty!
