Welcome to Humble House, one of Suncadia’s largest vacation rentals, offering over 8,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. This home was created to bring people together, with expansive common areas perfect for gathering, dining, relaxing, and making unforgettable memories.
Nestled on two spacious lots, Humble House is the ideal retreat for multiple families to share quality time while still enjoying privacy and comfort. The home exudes warmth and coziness at every turn, making it perfect for any season. Please note that we do not allow pets, and the minimum age to rent is 28. To maintain the serene atmosphere, we kindly request no bachelor, bachelorette, prom, or graduation parties. Peak months have a 3 night minimum stay, other times are 4 nights.
The outdoor space is nothing short of extraordinary. At the heart of the retreat is a 9,000-gallon saltwater pool, heated to a comfortable 85°F year-round, alongside an oversized hot tub kept at 104°F. Adjacent to the pool, two gas fire pits provide cozy seating areas, with one sunken below grade to offer extra shelter from the elements. The home also features two distinct outdoor cooking areas. The main BBQ area, located beneath a covered patio connected to the kitchen, includes a 48-inch DCS grill and side burners. Downstairs, a second cooking station boasts a 36-inch teppanyaki grill and a spacious dining table, designed to be protected from the wind on mountain days.
Inside, the gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate large groups. It includes two ovens, a speed microwave, three dishwashers, an ice maker, two full-sized refrigerators and freezers, and two mini-fridges. The dining spaces are equally accommodating, with a table seating 12, an island seating 6, and a breakfast nook for 7. Just steps from the kitchen, the Great Room invites you to sink into custom-designed plush sofas, offering the perfect space to unwind after a meal.
The lower level is a hub of entertainment for guests of all ages. A state-of-the-art theater room, complete with Dolby Atmos surround sound powered by KEF speakers, ensures movie nights are an experience to remember. Another living area features two Polycade arcade systems, an 85-inch TV with a Nakamichi Dragon soundbar, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge.
For sleeping arrangements, the home features seven bedrooms and one bunk room, comfortably accommodating up to 20+ guests. Each of the seven bedrooms is furnished with a king bed, while the bunk room is outfitted with four queen beds and four twin beds. The primary suite offers a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a steam shower, while two junior suites include their own ensuite bathrooms.
Additional highlights include a heated garage with two level 2 EV chargers and a golfer’s paradise equipped with a 12-foot Uneekor Xo2 golf simulator. The garage also includes a ping pong table and a classic TMNT pinball machine for hours of fun.
