Second floor has half bath, one double/full and twin, closets, dressers and private deck with propane fire pit (seasonal screened porch) with spiral staircase to first floor. First floor has an open floor plan with daybed and additional seating, TV, kitchen, full bath and views of natural swimming pool. The guest house easily sleeps four people (one double bed, one twin upstairs and a daybed in the downstairs living space.
