The Cottages on Lake Osoyoos is a spectacular gated lakefront community of detached homes. The 70 acre property sits in the heart of wine country, near some of the region's best know wineries, Area 27 race track and Fairview Golf course.. The site has 1,800 feet of waterfront, over 500 feet of sandy beach, 2 swimming pools, a 7,000 square foot clubhouse, 20 acres of green space, for all to enjoy, boat slips in a state of the art marina, walking trails and many other amenities. This home is boasts spectacular views of the lake, massive outdoor patios with comfortable outdoor furniture and barbeques. Kitchens are well equipped for those that like to cook. Large stainless steel barbeque upstairs and additional BBQ downstairs.

The Cottages are located on reserve lands and are; therefore, exempt from B.C.'s Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act
