Summary: Our family of 4 spent 3 weeks here, and it was a great base for us while I worked and my spouse and kids relaxed and explored the area. The co-working space was very convenient for me, and we used the pool and soccer court almost every day. The view of the city and volcano in the distance was spectacular, as the condo is on the 12th floor. And the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge asset! The complex is gated and well maintained so we felt safe and cared for. It’s also walkable to a local mall, restaurants, and grocery stores. The only annoyance was that the property is located right next to the commuter train, which begins blasting its horn at 5 am every weekday morning! It’s not the property’s fault, but if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue for you.
