Summary: There was a kurig coffee machine in room it was prefilled with water. Thw water look as if it had been in there awhile. I would have prefered bottled water. There was no attendent in office. Interaction done over phone, kind of a pain. Getting wifi pass word a choir. Thw tv had a thousand channela but none worked. It woukd have been nice if the quide only showed thw channel you can actually watch

Summary: Cute place, convenient location to Julian. The grounds need some clean up especially the old filled in pool area and would be nice if the office was staffed.
WiFi also needs to be better.
Otherwise rooms are updated and staff via phone is friendly. Rooms available on time and can walk to the bakery, Heroes restaurant and the Wynola Farm / Pumpkin Patch.

Summary: The check in was super easy. They text you the door code. Rooms were really cute and the oak tree / garden area in the back was adorable. I knocked off some points because the floors in our room were dirty and the shower water was rusty even after running the water for a long time.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay. The mattress was a little soft for me. The bathroom sink drain wasn’t working properly.

Summary: The hotel room was very nice. However, we couldn't get anybody at the front desk to help us with anything.It was all via text and a phone call. And it was a little on the expensive side for what was provided.
