THE BUILDING
The building is Architect designed internally with stonewall façades and contemporary metal, wooden and glass floors, set over four floors all open planned. A south-facing terrace on two levels steps from the bedroom area.
The ground floor entrance lobby is a cool lounge for the use in the hot months in the evening. The bathroom comprises of a Gaudi style design with shower, Hand basin and WC. The metal staircase leads to the first floor which houses, the dining zone, lounge TV area and galley kitchen.
The second floor is the two tiered sleeping area, which leads to the fully glazed, full width terrace with windows and doors.
A wall mounted BBQ and eating area allows for ‘’Al Fresco’’ dining in the evenings. There are also sitting areas on sun loungers.
The floors allow light through from the top floor to the ground floor by use of materials such as metal decking and glass.
The kitchen has a sink unit, a four ring electric hob, microwave, and fridge freezer, slow cooker with full utensils available for use.
The building is initially for a couple and a third person if required, sleeping on the sofa bed. The building is not suitable for children under the age of eleven, or people with mobility issues when accessing the stairs. Unsuitable for wheelchair users.
FACILITIES
Free unlimited WIFI, all hot water, and electric. Cooling fan, converter power plugs to UK electrical 3-point plugs. Hairdryer. Pre arrival cleans, post departure clean.

LINEN
A hand towel, shower towel, bed sheet, duvet and duvet cover, pillowcase for two people is provided. If a third person stays a sleeping bag is required by the third visitor. On departure leave your used linen in the laundry basket provided in the bathroom

THE REGION
The house is situated 10 k/m south of the cathedral city of Bezier. The local village is close to the L’Oppidom d'Enserene a crop circle of great proportions just outside the village near the Canal Du Midi. There are wonderful views of the surrounding areas with a local museum visitor centre which highlights the history of the fields. The canal du Midi canal system starts in Sete and meanders all the way to historic Carcassone. This tree lined canal provides water transport, restaurants and cafes along the way and is a must visit when in the area. The vineyards of this great wine producing area of France border the local towns of Polhas and Capestang Square. Cycling and walking are popular for all ages.

The central square of Nissan is the historic quarter which house the Town Clock, local council office, restaurants, the market in the square is on three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The smell of the coffee and the Pastis on a Saturday one associates with France can be experienced alongside the local fresh fruit and vegetable produce, oysters and fish, all in abundance. Cheese and wine are also available to buy at the markets as well as the Cave Cooperative in Nissan. The hotel Residence has a magnificent terrace restaurant in the summer months with fine dining well priced, a must when visiting the village.

The beaches of Vendres unspoilt with dunes fronting the sand and Narbonne is twenty and twenty five minutes from the house respectively. Montpelier is an hour away, the Spanish border is one and a half hours drive and Barcelona two and a half hours from the house by road. You can reach Andorra within two and a half hours in the Pyrenees by car, where skiing takes place in the winter months.

Cap D’Agde Vias international airport, Bezier is thirty minutes by car from the house, which has all the main car hire companies available to rent a vehicle.
