Positive: Location near the beach and in a caravan park for the kids. Bunk beds are good.

Negative: Old cabin. No doors on two rooms. No filling up of toiletries. Lots of rules, e.g., don't do this, don't do that. No local attractions, help, or brochures. No use of air conditioning or heater at night (very cold). Old decor needs a new revamp. Needs better curtains and privacy from the next-door caravan. Needs new couches and pillows; could be far better in presentation and comfort for families.
