The Space:
Welcome to Beacharita in Port Aransas, TX, where you will leave your cares behind!
The pool is seasonally heated, by guest request, with a fee of $50 per night, for the duration of your stay. Request must be made and payment must be paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Driving into the area, you'll pass the ship channel, catch a sunset view if the timing is right, also passing the dog park and city pool. Also nearby is the nature preserve, birding center, marina and all of the great places to shop, eat, hear live music and experience Port A, but the best part about the location is it's only a golf cart ride away to the beach if you rent a golf cart! Want to drive your car to the beach - It's about 5 minutes by car!
Pulling into the driveway, you'll notice great parking space for 5-6 vehicles depending on size, and boat parking is allowed here. Great outdoor space, covered and uncovered, perfect for those who like the shade and sun! Enjoy outdoor dining at the tables, or kick back around the fire pit and make memories.
The kiddos (and many adults) will love the fun room downstairs to watch TV or play some games. All of this will capture you even before you see the amazing pool, backyard with towering palms, and the stunning interior of this unique and stylish beach home!
For those who love the stilt built homes Port Aransas has to offer, you'll love the steps! For those who don't, there is a ramp to easily walk up. It is not ADA compliant though so please take note of that.
Beacharita has a top deck to enjoy sunset views and sunrise views, and capture a moon (when it's full) over the pool and back yard. Few homes in Port Aransas offer this kind of incredible outdoor space.
Inside, you are welcomed into a large, open floor plan with many windows! Ample seating in the living space (sofa sleeper in this area), huge dining table and chairs and additional bar seating at the kitchen island. Everything is open, light, bright and beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with everything for those who enjoy prepping, cooking, serving and dining for 10 guests.
The hallway leads to a washer and dryer, available for guest use, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. King Suite with doors out to the deck, large closet and bathroom with separate tub/shower. This bath is also open to the hallway as well as the King Suite Bedroom. There is another King Bedroom, and a Queen and Bunk Room with triple bunk. Don't forget about the sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Sleeps 10 very comfortably!
There are few words that would describe the Beacharita pool and back yard area but the photos say it all - beautiful, spacious, fun - enjoy making many memories in this outdoor space!
The owners have thought of every creature comfort, amenity and convenience for guests, whether you enjoy spending your time inside or outside! Shade or sun, pool or firepit - Beacharita has it all.
House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
No Smoking and no vaping in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk stairs.
No more than 10 guests.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
Pets considered with paid pet fee prior to check in. Guest must disclose pets and pay pet fee prior to arrival.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/wifi or if pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance or if temperature is undesirable.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property except for a part of the garage and a housekeeping closet.
The Neighborhood:
Beacharita's neighborhood is well known to those who enjoy being in the golf cart zone, watching amazing sunsets, being close to the nature preserve, the birding center, Charlie's Pasture, the bay and marina. It is about 8-10 blocks to the beach and takes about 5-10 minutes to drive there. Most people rent a golf cart to cart back and forth to the beach, eateries, shopping and entertainment.
