The separate dining room features a large oval table and artistic chandelier. To the right side of the dining room is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bath. There is a shower/tub combination and a single-sink vanity. There is also a sleeper sofa for two in the living room.
The kitchen has all new full-size appliances including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The green cabinets and granite countertops give the kitchen a cool and refreshing atmosphere. The small appliances are a standard coffee maker, a toaster oven, and a blender. The cabinets are filled with dinnerware, glassware, and cookware, while the drawers contain cooking utensils and flatware.
Off the kitchen is the second bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The backyard is just out the kitchen door. The gas grill and outdoor furniture are close by and there is a short path to a separate laundry room. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer, laundry sink, iron and ironing board.
There are outside games for the whole family to enjoy, including cornhole, badminton and croquet.
