Make yourself at home at this beautiful, newly remodeled, family-friendly home that is conveniently located in a quiet community! The resort offers guests access to indoor and outdoor pools, children's pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball, hot tub, beautiful walking paths and playgrounds, and the only Jack Nicklaus-created golf course in Delaware.
Upon entering you'll first notice the beautiful decor throughout throughout. The primary living area will be the first space you notice with two comfortable sofas and armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a large TV with cable. Continue the tour and you'll find the exquisite 10-person dining table - it's perfect for family meals. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern, stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plenty of counter space, and even a Keurig coffee maker. Another living room can be found off the dining room with a round breakfast table seating four and two accent chairs for relaxing.
This living room opens up to a small, but convenient deck. Back inside, this level also features a laundry room with a washer/dryer, three bedrooms with TVs, two full baths, and a half bathroom. The primary bedroom has a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, tub, and double vanity. Upstairs, you'll come across a nicely furnished loft area with a sectional sofa, a smart TV, and a four-person table, two private bedrooms with smart TVs and a hall bath with a shower/bathtub and double vanity.
Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.
