Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was comfortable and clean. The housekeeper was nice.

Negative: We wished we had known ahead of time the entire area was a construction zone. Getting there was madness, finding the parking area was more than madness. Having a room that could have been nice if it wasn’t that we had construction men from the building next door going to our balcony. Not only that, we saw people from the room next to us walk by. The room wasn’t private and we wished the hotel posting would have a note about all of these madness going on. The hotel person only contacted us to let us know if we were not going to be checking in by 3 pm , we will need to do a self-check in . That wasn’t so much an issue until we didn’t know where to self-check in . This hotel administration communication was horrible . I tried reaching out to them many times, NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. No one around to request items or for another pillow. No passport Information requested. No one around other than housekeeping in the morning only. This place needs help.
