Summary: There was no office to check into. Had to go to office of the next motel owned by same company to get blankets. The desk chair in room was well worn. The sitting chair had vinyl peeling in one area of the arm. The towel rack in the bathroom fell when my wife tried to use it. There didn’t seem to have enough help.
