There is a beautiful fenced and well-kept garden (1000 sq. m.) in front of the house. On the lawn guests will find the above-ground swimming pool, 4 metres by 8 with a depth of 1.5 m, for their exclusive use. There is a bathing area next to the pool which is complete with beach chairs, sunbeds and an outdoor shower, and on the lawn there is also a large iron gazebo with a table for relaxing outdoor dinners, with a portable barbecue, children’s games and a ping pong table. Location
The property is at the foot of the hill, in a quiet and sunny residential area not far from the town centre. The garden has a view of the countryside and other villas, with the mountains which surround the valley in the background.
