Ideal Location and less than 15 minutes drive to Hillarys Boat Harbour, Perth's spectacular beaches, Joondalup Golf and Country Club, and Whitfords and Joondalup Shopping Centres which both include cinemas and many cafes and restaurants. Within walking distance, the local shopping centre has a supermarket, 2 restaurants and more. Walk to the bus stop. Freeway only minutes away by car. Regular trains run into the CBD. A 20 minute drive takes you to the attractions at Mindarie Marina and the Swan Valley is just over half an hour by car where you can visit many award winning wineries, play golf at The Vines, visit the Margaret River Chocolate Factory, or sample beer from one of the boutique breweries.
