The location while rural is not remote, minutes from truly great restaurants and venues. Come enjoy this magical place!
This renovated 1920's country home is just under 2000 square feet. The property maintains its original character while providing modern amenities. It is situated on 5 acres of private land including open views of the mountains and a pond. The property also includes a turn of the century barn and natural spring.
You will have full access to the property, except the attic and basement storage areas. There is no access to laundry on site as the basement is not suitable for guests. There is a nice laundromat 10 minutes away in Livingston Manor.
We are minutes from Roscoe, Livingston Manor, Callicoon, and Bethel Arts Center. Roscoe is situated in the Catskill Mountains where there are plenty of beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities to enjoy. The area has also recently undergone a renaissance and has a wonderfully active food, drinks, and arts scene. A few of our favorite spots to grab a drink or bite include: Upward Brewery, Seminary Hill, and the Callicoon Wine Merchant for tapas.
