Welcome to our adorable backyard cottage! Our cozy space features two plush queen beds with crisp white linens and fluffy towels for your comfort. Tucked away in a tranquil residential neighborhood, our cottage offers privacy and peace, while being just a 12-minute drive to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the airport. Enjoy exploring the amazing restaurants in nearby Beacon Hill, Georgetown, and Columbia City! Come stay with us and experience your own private urban oasis in Seattle.
The space
This cottage sits at the back of a huge fully fenced backyard, flanked by plum and pear trees that bear juicy sweet fruits in the fall. Enjoy the privacy of a residential neighborhood while being under 15 mins to downtown Seattle. Located close to Columbia City, Beacon Hill and Georgetown restaurants and shops.
Access to the cottage is through a separate fenced entrance to the right of the main house in front. There is a paved path that leads to the cottage. The cottage has its own keypad lock, so guests can go in and out as they please.
Parking: Lots of free over-night off street parking right in front of the house.

*House Rules*
- Strictly no unauthorized guests or parties, or loud noises after 10pm. We have neighbors next door who will call the police and alert us fairly quickly.
- Quiet hours after 10 pm
- No shoes in the house!
- Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
Guest access
Guests are able to access the entire cottage as well as fully fenced backyard.
Other things to note
Pets on a case by case basis depending on how well trained. We have a huge backyard so sometimes a couple of insects might get in!
PLEASE NOTE:
- We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store.
- We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
- The basic pricing per night is for 2 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. Vrbo should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
- Pets are welcome! Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay.
- Our house is located on a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.
- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available.
* NO SHOES INSIDE *
Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!
* NO SMOKING *
Please do not smoke inside our home or within 20 ft of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee.
* QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM *
Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!
* NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS*
We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
* TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS *
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
* LOST & FOUND *
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :)
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
