Just a seven-minute walk from Holland’s esteemed State Park Beach, AquaFresca is the perfect destination for a beach vacation, reunion, or family getaway. This two-thousand square foot house’s Palm Beach-inspired interior is bright and airy to emulate what your stay will be: fun, worry-free, and memorable!
Upon arrival, park in our two reserved spots in the association lot and walk a half of a mile along the boardwalk to AquaFresca’s front door (about 5 minutes). Unload your things, connect to our wifi, then unwind on the screened-in porch before walking down to greet the waves of Lake Michigan. Don’t forget to use our beach chairs and wagons for your gear! At the Holland State Park Beach, jump the waves, buy an ice cream cone, watch the boats roll through the channel, walk the pier, and enjoy the sunset before retreating back to AquaFresca.
In addition to the Holland State Park, you will be just a short walk from The General Store, where you can find basic necessities (ice cream included, obviously) and Mt. Pisgah, where you can climb up the two-hundred steps to overlook Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. Down the road, you will find various water sports rental options, marinas, and restaurants. A short fourteen-minute drive will take you to the award-winning Downtown Holland, where you will find premier restaurants, boutiques, fresh flowers for sale, coffee shops, and dessert spots as well as special events such as Thursday night Street Performers. The Holland Farmers’ Market, open Saturdays and Wednesdays, is also located downtown and showcases the best local produce and eats you will find in all of West Michigan.
AquaFresca comfortably sleeps twelve people. Our bedrooms are designed to make you feel at home during your stay, with nightstands, dressers and/or closets for your convenience. The home has two full bathrooms—one on the main floor and one on the second floor near the bedrooms. A full tub on the second floor ensures that your little ones will have space to splash and play while washing off the day’s sand.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee, if booked through VRBO) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee, if booked through VRBO) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
