The adjacent dining area seats four, with two additional spots at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and all the essentials for easy meal prep.
Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh mountain air. Upstairs, the private bedroom suite offers a quiet space to relax with its own TV, seating area, and en-suite bath. LOCATION: Ferringway is just a 5-minuts drive to historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment. Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes you to Purgatory Ski Resort and the high San Juan Mountains. Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West. Hillcrest Golf Club is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.
