Positive: We called the host and we were able to access the property promptly. The property was clean and well maintained. We left our credit cards by accident when we checked out, the host went above and beyond to help reunite us with these cards. We were so grateful! The host communicated well before the stay via booking.com

Negative: Would be good if you had some of the instructions or local places to visit, and the satisfaction survey in English as well as German. No complaints about the accommodation, that was fine.

Summary: 10 minute walk to the town centre, house was immaculate and had everything we needed.
