Summary: Excellent accomodation and great value for money.
One opportunity for improvement would be to make sure that the payment terms are clear from the start.
Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival.
Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?
