Its architecture follows two essential design premises: orientation and accessibility.
Its orientation perfectly combines the ideal solar conditions according to the PassivHaus standards and the extraordinary views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Strait of Gibraltar.
The accessibility stands out for the construction of a ramp that runs through the interior of the house connecting the all levels from the basement to the upper floor.
The main floor is essentially an open space that is prolonged thanks to the glazed access to the porch. On this floor we find a spacious and comfortable living room studied in detail, a fully equipped kitchen that also gives access to the outside; a toilet that serves the whole floor and a bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom.
The upper floor, accessible by stairs or ramp, has four more bedrooms: a suite with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, two double rooms with an family bathroom that serves both, and a fourth room that serves as guest room with its own bathroom. With the exception of this fourth room, the other three units have access to a large and pleasant terrace with views of the sea and the wonderful Camarinal Lighthouse. The sunsets from here are such a treat.
The basement begins with the open ramp for vehicles that gives access from the outside of the property to the inside of the house. We can find a large covered garage for two vehicles and a laundry area. Access from the basement to the rest of the house is the same as for the rest of the floors, by staircase or by using the ramp that runs through the different levels of the house.
The rental price includes 3 hours of cleaning per day, 3 days a week scheduled on alternate days.
