Positive: The apartment itself is great for two or three people — it's tidy and well-located. The collection of keys was simple and well explained.

Negative: The host is not good at problem-solving. We couldn’t use the coffee machine because the adapter was broken, and nothing was done about it. Also, every guest in Switzerland is entitled to a guest card that allows free use of public transportation, but this wasn’t arranged in advance, and we had to take care of it ourselves. A few improvements could significantly enhance the experience: a smart TV, a working coffee machine (let an extra adapter in the apartment, or a moka pot as an alternative), and better cleaning of the upholstered furniture, which had several stains.
