Just 3 Minutes from interstate, a few more to downtown, OFFUT AFB, NE MED Center, 8 minutes to The Henry Doorly Zoo, Old Market, Casinos, & the riverfront. NEWLY remodeled MAIN floor! New stainless appliances, new kitchen, baths, carpet etc! A huge driveway, grassy field, & lots of trees & wildlife. 3 TVs & Roku, Netflix. CWS guest are <10 minutes from ball park! Basketball hoop, firepit, & gas grill! Room for sports!
The space
The large acreage is beautiful with plenty of room for children and adults alike to play and relax. The mainfloor of house is totally remodeled Winter 2021. The upstairs bathroom total remodel 2019. The main floor bedroom, living room, halls all have new carpeting. Main bathroom is brand new as well, along with eat in kitchen & laundry room
There is plenty of off-street parking (small gatherings only). Outdoor gas grill, patio set & metal fire pit in the huge yard. A basketball hoop provided and other sports equipment is available & provided upon request. I have Fast WIFI & tons of channels on 3 TVs, room for 8 at dining table (leaf in closet for your use) & extra room for our pack & play, or your crib. New high chair also provided as well as toys, games & books.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house including 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a nice large tub. Main floor laundry and large eat in kitchen as well as living room ALL NEW. You have use of the full grounds, room to explore, trees, and an open field, play volleyball, badminton, croquette, practice your putting, or even play a softball game..so much room in our grassy side yard! Extra sports equipment available for use on request.
Other things to note
This is a peaceful property on 1.3 acres. You will enjoy peace and quiet with an occasional train whistle in the distance & the smell of the baked goods in the AM from Sara Lee Bakery near by. Deer are often seen on the property, even sleeping in our field. New high chair & pack and play available. Sorry no garage parking. Outdoor sports equipment available, just ask. Basketball hoop and ball always left out.
