“The hotel is a bit far from the city center. It is 1 kilometer from the tram stop and 500 meters from the bus stop, and after that you have to walk uphill. Apart from the transportation issue, it is a clean and nice hotel. However, although we made our reservation on hotels.com with breakfast included, we learned at the hotel that breakfast was not included and we were asked to pay an extra fee. Even though we emailed the authorities, hotels.com claimed that the mistake was ours. It was the first time we encountered such a situation. Be very careful when making a reservation on the site.”

Summary: the heater in the room did not work. the staff provided a portable heater for the second night's stay, which helped. the room was not as described. (I blame Hotels.com) it was supposed to be arrange for 3 adults and one child. In reality, it could only accommodate 2 adults and one small child. We had to rent an extra room. On the plus side, the night manager discounted a second room by 50%.

Summary: Second time in this hotel, first visit earlier this year, was all good everything!
This time our check in so terrible, waiting about 35 minutes, only 3 another gest checked in!!!
The receptionist, looking like no idea what to do!
No television service in the room, only one of socket had electricity!
Parking situation absolutely terrible, for extra €4 for one night!
Never going back for ever!
Good prices, but not recommend!!

Summary: Very disappointing. When we arrived they told us we where booked out to a different (better) hotel in a different oart of town. But we booked this hotel because we had a birthday party close to this hotel. The receptionist couldn't offer a solution. Also they didn’t want to pay for the extra parking at the new hotel and the transport to our party and back. There was no manager. The receptionist couldn’t reach anyone to help him. After 45 minutes someone called him back. Situation was than solved in 2 minutes hut we had been waiting for almost 50 and running late for our party. Rooms are 20 years past their expiration date. The hallways are smelly, stains in carpets everywhere. A lot if dust in the room. Showerhead only works partially. If its not for the location, choose a different hotel.

Summary: Just bland, outdated, quilts too small for beds. Slept fine without any issues. Which is all needed. But don’t expect luxury here. Breakfast included is as basic as it gets. Receptionists need to understand what “friendly” means, as I’m sure there isn’t the need for training in that!
