The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
We welcome you to dine in the grand hall surrounded by picture windows highlighted by sunsets and stunning west views, admire the impressive original 18th-century artwork, indulge under the lofty French imported chandeliers complemented by sky-scraping ceilings, relax on the fantastically comfortable vintage furniture, test out your culinary skills in the wide and fully equipped Chef kitchen, and last but not least, enjoy your natural surroundings in our dreamy, large back yard complete with a professional Smoker/BBQ.
The meticulously designed chateau and big, beautiful back yard is ideal for gatherings and socializing, big or small. Literally a hop, skip and a jump from everything exciting and vibrant the Dallas Fort Worth has to offer, we are confident our home will make your stay in Texas
Top to bottom we will deck you out with our unique Victorian design boasting all luxuries to make your stay as exquisite as possible: Chef professional kitchen, High-speed WiFi, 55" smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, terrific knights 18th-century grand dining area (12 seat dinind table), drool-worthy, legendary living room, etc. You get the point- we've got you (and every single one of your guests) covered!
•The master suite has one king-size bed, dresser, a 42” smart TV and en-suite bathroom
•Room #2 equipped with a pottery barn solid wood queen size bed
•Next up is our lovely bedroom #3 with a grand designed queen size bed as well
•Bedroom #4 has TWO Queen size beds with floor to ceiling library and French doors facing to our lovely back yard (this room has a beaded devider curtain as a door)
•Bedroom #5 has one twin over twin bunk bed, please note this room is available only for groups of +7 guests.
•And lastly, bedroom #6 is a located in our super spacious second floor and has THREE queen beds (Please note this room will only be available for groups of 13+ people)
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Our back yard is absolutely PERFECT- entirely fenced off, complete with a high-end Egg Iron cast smoker/BBQ, lounge set, sitting/dining area, and outdoor fireplace.
We’ll make sure you are happy and breezy even through the hottest or coldest Texan days!
Our parking situation is ideal: our garage can fit TWO cars, the private back driveway has room for 1-2 more cars and street parking in front of the house is always FREE!

The location allows you to pick and choose your daily activities. You can create your dream vacation. Nature is readily available, and so is the bustling downtown life. While you plan your day, you’ll be located in a homey suburb.
Our home is set in the picturesque hill, quaint neighborhood in Carrolton, Texas, in an amazing location close to everything great the DFW has to offer. A mere 5 minutes walk from Carrolton Green belt Park, perfect for walking, running, and enjoying the Dallas Sun. We are located less than 25 minutes away from Downtown and Uptown Dallas, a hot, skip and a jump from anything and everything!
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ ENTRANCE ★
The main entrance to the house require climbing stone staircase. Having said that, the back entrance from the garage does not require climbing any stairs, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located in the main floor (no stairs).
★ PARKING ★
The back entrance to the garage is pretty steep, please drive slowly and carefully when pulling in to the garage.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.
★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★
