Baldwin Park and Winter Park's public golf courses are minutes away by car. The Atlantic Ocean beaches, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and other major attractions are about a 45 minute drive away.
We are a professional couple -- a retired architect and a university professor -- who live in Pennsylvania. Our daughter-in-law lives down the street from the house and manages it for us.
