Summary: In a quiet Paris street near Place d'Italie so just a few minutes walk to the Metro. Very friendly welcome from the owner, a deposit was required but it was fine. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable bed, fridge and even a sink and microwave if you needed it. And the windows were openable. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Some noise could be heard by other guests leaving and entering their rooms and there are steep steps to the higher floors with no lift but it wasn't a problem for us. I can only recommend this hotel, excellent in every way. Just perfect in our romantic holiday to Paris! I think visiting in
