Positive: Staff and location are good. The room is reasonably clean, and the bathroom is adequate. The staff were invaluable and spoke English well.

Negative: The safety box and hair dryer did not work. We requested that these problems be fixed, but they were not resolved during our 6-night stay. Secondly, we were charged an extra 31.20 Euros for unknown reasons. We did not consume any drinks or anything from the fridge. We did not have any breakfast at the hotel. Why were we charged this extra amount? Could someone in charge please have a look and give us the answer, and refund us the amount? Thank you. Otherwise, we would give the hotel the top mark!

Summary: Pleaseant stay, except extra charges for no reasons & problems with hair dryer/safety box not fixed.
