Summary: Hosted group of 11 before a barge cruise. Excellent staff, dinner worthy of Michelin star and comfy rooms, all in an old monastery perched on a hill with scenic views. But the best part was the staff who helped us transfer to our barge during demonstrations and strikes when no taxis or other transport was available. Kudos to the staff at Hotel Sauvage.
