Summary: It was a quick evening/overnight stay after spending the day in Newport with my husband. The room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The floor boards were bulging near the bathroom as it seemed maybe there was a prior flood or something because there was a large humidifier turned on in the corner. It's not a complaint just wanted to mention it. All in all for 1 night it was ok

Summary: Decent option with great little cafe on site. The room and bathroom were clean, if sparse. Staff was friendly. No USB charging ports in room, and the AC unit worked, but was super noisy and hard to use because most of the buttons had rubbed off.

Summary: My stay was great, but I have found the Hotels.com website has absolutely no live customer service staff to help with booking errors or issues. I tried to resolve my issue before it became an issue, but they provide no telephone no. to customer service. I had to deal with the hotel staff to resolve my booking confirmation error. However, I had to pay for my room at the hotel, even though hotels.com received payment on booking. This took 2 more days to resolve somewhat. I was told I was granted a refund, but since being notified, I have yet to be refunded the duplicate payment for the room. The hotel has said it could take 5 days for my bank to process the refund.

The room was beautiful. That work was really pretty. The linens and bedding were really comfortable. The towels are nice and soft and cushy..
And a wonderful, quiet area just beautiful!
