Summary: The hotel was clean and bright. Even though the hotel had renovations going on, it was kept quiet so it did not bother the guests. The continental breakfast had a much smaller selection than previous Hilton hotels we have stayed at, but it served its purpose. The hotel was located close to a busy road, so getting in and out of the parking lot was inconvenient during busy traffic times. There was a decent selection of restaurants nearby as well as shopping. We had a 3 night stay and our room was never serviced. During check in on Thursday the front desk said they would service our room on Saturday. I can deal with running down to get clean towels from the desk, and not having our beds made daily BUT even after requesting for someone to come grab our trash after the third day of our stay nobody ever came. The hotel also offers shampoo/conditioner/bodywash but the bottles were completely empty in the shower. After requesting them to be refilled twice, we had to grab bottles from the front desk. After our many requests for things that should’ve been refilled and refreshed during our stay, it was clear the front desk associates were annoyed with the many requests they get from guests. For the amount of money we spent on our stay, I was disappointed at the lack of service provided.

Summary: The place was under construction, but they kept it tidy and clean. The rooms were completely redone everything new, and pristine. They served a hot breakfast, which was delicious. The pool was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: Getting ready for bed the first night we found pieces of toast on the floor and desk chair. We picked up and threw them away. I requested vacuuming of room the next day. No service was provided as trash was overflowing when we left after 3 nights.

Summary: Float valve in toilet was stuck shut and wouldn't refill toilet tank. Told front desk staff every morning for 3 mornings but was not repaired.

Summary: We book this same hotel everytime we visit family. It’s clean, convenient, and quiet. The breakfasts are awesome!
