Middle level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, fabulous kitchen, lovely dining room overlooking the canals, very comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, DVD and sound system. Also off this level is a private baclony with BBQ facilities and outdoor table and chairs.
Ground level has a games room with lounges opening onto pergola with access to grassed area and private jetty and canals. Games room has additional TV and DVD, and powder room.
Lockable 2 car garage and other secure parking behind security gate. Table tennis and pool table can be setup in the garage.

LOCATION Port Bouvard, Wannanup, Mandurah
Enoy this holiday home situated in Port Bouvard, Mandurah. Port Bouvard is approximately 8km south of Mandurah, which is around 76km south of Perth. The area has beautiful pristine and safe beaches. There is fantastic beach fishing anywhere along the beach or you can fish off the platforms along the Dawesville cut. Try golfing at the world renowned The Cut Golf Course. Explore the reef at low tide. Lovely Boating and all that Mandurah offers. A perfect place to get away from the crowds.

Vacating / cleaning instructions:
You must leave the property in the clean condition and state that you found it.
This also includes folding and securing the pool table / tennis table, and cleaning the BBQ.
If there is a need to perform additional cleaning then fees associated will be deducted from the security bond to cover those costs.
You do not need to wash the linen, such as sheets, towels or tea towels.
Please do not remove the doona covers or decorative pillow slip covers.
