The holiday complex is located directly on the Selketal trail, away from the hustle and bustle in the middle of the forests between the villages of Siptenfelde and Güntersberge.

Access to the property is via an approx. 1.5 km long forest road. excursion possibilities in the immediate vicinity are e.g. Harzgerode as a shopping centre, the world heritage town of Quedlinburg, the European town of Stolberg, the half-timbered town of Wernigerode, the Josephskreuz observation tower, the Glasebach mine, direct access to the Selketal-Stieg, the Hexentanzplatz, the Roßtrappe in Thale and numerous other tourist attractions in the Harz Mountains.the visitor's tax includes free use of public transport.
