Quick walk to hip Southie restaurants like Lincoln & Loco, 15 minute walk to West Broadway T Stop or 9 minute bus ride to Back Bay for exploring the rest of Boston. And it has a private back yard and hot tub.

*Working from home? No problem! The upstairs master bedroom has a 60 inch sit/stand desk, there's a desk on the main level and someone could work on the bar on the first level, plenty of privacy for video calls!

Heat & AC: You have full control over the thermostats when you arrive
Main heating & cooling source for the main level is Fujitsu Ductless units - will be set at 68 in the winter & 72 in the summer upon your arrival.
Backup heat is via baseboard electric
Upstairs currently has a combination of wall units and baseboard electric
-Owner has contracted an HVAC company to install cental heating & cooling upstairs by April 15
The home features 2 video doorbells outside the property.
We also have noise detection devices that will monitor constant loud sound, these devices are incapable of recording or hearing audio (strictly the noise level). This neighborhood is close to Broadway but with the homes so close together we ask that you keep the noise down after 11PM. City of Boston quiet hours are from 11PM to 7AM.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house via a keypad for the backdoor and a lockbox for the front door

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area. Public transit via bus and train are also available. The 9 bus is 100 yards from the home. Two Train stops in Southie on the Red Line there is Broadway and Andrew Square.
Other Things to Note:
Please note there is a single garage parking spot available 20 feet from the front door for rent for $125 per stay. Friday after 6PM until Monday at 10am there is no need for a resident sticker to park in resident street parking, there is also parking around the corner on Broadway which is mostly 2 hour but no limit on overnight after 4pm until 10am seven days a week. We typically park on Broadway overnight and move the car to G street resident parking at 10am, weekends are easy but late nights on weekdays can be more of a challenge. There is also paid parking at the Channel Center Garage located at 116 W First Street about 0.8miles from the property. Please read signs carefully and street cleaning is once every other week.
