Positive: Elevator was out of order throughout my stay, making the walk up to the fourth floor incredibly tiring. The WC was not cleaned prior to my arrival. The shower drain was clogged and did not drain properly. There seemed to be an issue with the floor drain in the shower. The windows were old/outdated. They let in outside air and noise. The curtains were dirty and stained. Overall, it seemed like this was once a good hotel, but it has become very dated and has not been maintained, renovated, or updated.

Negative: The breakfast was good. The restaurant and its service were good The staff were polite and good.
