Guests will have the entire apartment unit to themselves. The apartment has a large bedroom with a queen size 12 inches memory-foam bed with comfortable mattress and pillows, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. The living room with 55 inch TV, dining room, and an open air deck for your leisure. Hardwood floors, central AC, modern kitchen with granite counter top, and Verizon Fios fast internet. Cleanliness and safety are one of my top priorities. All bedding and towels are replaced after each guest by the cleaning person. You will feel as comfortable as if you were at your own home. The home is right in the heart of Passyunk Square, one of the best walking neighborhoods in Philly. Very close and walkable to surrounding neighborhoods such as Pennsport, Italian Market, and Bella Vista. You're within walking distance to plenty of great shops and restaurants. If you want to go into Center City, the subway is only a couple of blocks away. A great stay for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Make your trip unforgettable by staying here. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and have access to a private roof deck overlooking the lovely neighborhood. ## Interaction Response within one hour between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (EST) You are welcome to check-in anytime after 3pm. The neighborhood is a delightful blend of old-school traditional charm and influx of dynamic vibrant new energy. The highly walkable and friendly neighborhood of East Passyunk is lined with indie boutiques, bars and cafes. It’s home to traditional Italian restaurants, world-famous cheesesteak (Pat's King of Steaks and Geno's Steak, both open 24/7) spots and highly acclaimed eateries that have earned it a spot on Food and Wine’s list of 10 Best Foodie Streets in America. Visitors can pick up one-of-a-kind gifts at cute boutiques and independently owned shops, sip coffee or tea at local cafes.
