Modern villa with passive heated swimming pool and extensive terraces offering an impressive views over the countryside of the river Lot. The house is located in a private street shared with a few neighbours. The house, garden and terraces are private, without overlooking.
Our house offers a fully equipped kitchen as the central part of the house. To the right there is a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed & 1 room with 2 single beds). In this part of the house there is also a bathroom (with double sink, bath and shower) and a separate toilet. Above the kitchen there is a 4th bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom (with sink, shower and toilet). On the left side of the kitchen you enter a spacious and bright living room with media corner, dining table and lounge. This space has large windows which allow you to enjoy the views from inside. It also provides access to the terrace with table and lounges.
In the surrounding area, you can take long walks in the nearby Quercy Regional Natural park. The cosy and authentic village of Cajarc offers a dozen restaurants where you can enjoy excellent dishes. In Cajarc you will find bakeries, butchers and delicatessens as well as a supermarket, all 5 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes on foot from your accommodation.
In summer, Cajarc offers various water activities such as stand-up paddle, Big Paddles, canoeing, water-skiing, etc.
