Beautiful new construction home in Candlewood Knolls. 4 season home. 19 minute drive from Thunder Ridge Ski Mountain. Extremely family friendly community that includes for guests to use: beach, playground, clubhouse, lap lanes, soccer and baseball field. Bocce, volleyball, basketball and tennis court. We provide two kayaks and one paddleboard with the home. We will provide a golf cart at an extra charge. The home is lake front and the lake is fully accessible from our dock. Dock is a equipped for a boat rental.
