THINGS TO NOTE
1) This is NOT a party residence. The home is only rented to families, families with young children, family reunion, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will quickly be terminated.
2) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions.
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.
4) Pets are NOT permitted.
5)The fireplace in the living room is only for decorative purposes and not functional.
