Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and were glad it was the place where we had chosen to spend a couple of nights as it gave us a chance to spend time in the local village and relax at the hotel. The proprietor is very attentive to guests and we felt well looked after during our stay. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was a little cold (September) but of a good length for swimming and poolside looked good for sun-bathing. The room was pleasant; wifi reception is not the best in the room but there is a sitting area just outside the room where it was ok. The outside area is one of the best parts of the hotel during the fine weather as a good place to relax and enjoy the view.
There is a village with shops and a bar about 15 minutes pleasant walk up hill.
Overall, the ambience was one of being a guest in someone's very nice home. We would love to return sometime.
