Welcome to Village Suisse. We are a small resort of 10 rental units in the heart of beautiful Val-David. CITQ 3 stars #615904
Your cottage is private. The resort has a heated pool + jacuzzi area. You will have 1H of exclusive use of the hot tub for privacy and tranquility reasons.
For hygiene reasons, we do not provide life vests, bicycle helmets, etc. Bring your personal belongings to enjoy the outdoors.
We are a small cottage resort dating back to the 40s. Our cabins are very comfortable and our site is lovely on top of being perfectly located. If you are looking for a unique experience with a retro flair, this might be just the place for you.
NOTE: We are highly pet friendly! If you are severely allergic, are scared of cats or dogs or simply dont care for them, we might not be the place for you.
Le St-Moritz is a quaint and quirky cottage. While we keep it rustic, it is also very comfortable. This adorable cottage has just been fully restored. From the outside, nothing indicates the volumes and high ceilings that greet you. It has the charm of a rustic cottage, with its warm wood burning stove, a romantic clawfoot tub in the master bedroom, an exposed wooden structure and a mezzanine (low ceiling) perfect for children. A mix of modern and vintage decorate and equip the cottage. Its total area is about 800 pc.
SLEEPING OPTIONS
Quite big for a couple of lovebirds and perfect for a small family of 4 or 5. A beautiful Queen room is on the ground floor while the kids’ little kingdom has 3 single beds on the mezzanine (along with beanbags, a drawing table and a relaxing area by the window). A sofa bed is also in the living room for those who like to have people over and reinvent the world until late at night.
LA CUISINE
A nice kitchen island –perfect to cook, have a drink and sit down- is the focal point of the kitchen. Fully equipped, you will not miss anything to prepare meals: cookware, standard coffee maker, kettle, electric mixer, small electric chopper, slow cooker and of course, a set of Swiss fondue.
SURROUNDING YOUR COTTAGE
On the small lot surrounding your cottage, you will find your propane BBQ, your hammock and your picnic table.
In front of your unit, on the other side of the road, you have the lake and its boats as well as the park and its play area for children as well as the trampoline.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum
No arrival or departure on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1st.
Early check-in and Late check-out may be possible at a rate of $50 for the first 2 hours and $50/hour afterwards. Upon requests.
