Summary: The staff was amazing so this is a hard review to write, however the condition of the room cannot be ignored. We were pleasantly surprised by the new makeover the room had received. It looked inviting. However, we quickly noticed the only lights in the room were in the bathroom or next to the beds, so we had to move in the darkness to get to the lights. Small thing, not a huge deal. But then I went to take a shower and the water came out orange and smelled like rust. I just ran the water for about 20 minutes and it seemed to clear up but still not great. Then, and this was by far the worst part, the flies started appearing! Small, black, triangular flies that just kept coming back. Seriously, as quickly as we'd kill one, 2 more would appear. And when I let the front desk know, they blamed us and accused us of leaving our room door open. Lastly, after a night of struggling to get sleep due to the flies, the housekeepers started cleaning the room next to ours pretty early, and we only know this because the mop was repeatedly slammed into the wall where our headboard was. So we managed to get about an hour or 2 of sleep altogether. It was just too many things at one time and being blown off about the poor experience didn’t leave me feeling satisfied as a customer. We used to regularly visit this location as a date night escape from home but sadly, I don't think we will be returning after this experience.

Summary: The room was “remodeled” and clean. So was the bathroom but the work was very shoddy and user needs and convenience was not considered. Construction debris was throughout the parking lot. And finally, upon arrival, I was asked to give a $100 deposit which I was unaware of, and I had paid for the room, in full almost a month in advance.

Summary: Room wasn't finished..remodeling apparently..smelled like paint..most plugs didn't work..no toilet paper holder..horrible pillows..thin walls..if you are looking for a quick place to stay it'll do..for comfort go elsewhere

Summary: I liked the people who worked there. They were nice. The room was clean. The furniture was a little outdated and things needed some work on it. They are doing work on updating things and fixing it up. I loved that it was animal friendly witch was very helpful and convenient. I wish they had some kind of breakfast. But it was a good stay.
