The Space:
— First Floor —
LIVING ROOM: Sleeps 1-2 People
Entrance leads to an open concept living room with a couch that converts to a Queen Sleeper Bed, additional seating, coffee table and a 65" flat screen TV complete with HBOmax, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, and Hulu.
KITCHEN: Located next to the Living room, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, glassware, plates, bowls, and mugs. There is a Mini Keurig for coffee complete with Starbucks brand K-cups and creamer.
— Second Floor —
MASTER BEDROOM: Sleeps 1-2 People
The master bedroom is located on the second floor with no door separating it from the rest of the home. The King size bed is luxurious and comfortable complete with an attached full bathroom (includes a door that locks) and an attached closet with luggage holder and hangers.
— Third Floor —
ROOFTOP ROOM: Sleep 1-2 People
Outside there is seating for 3+ people to enjoy the fresh air and the sun while only steps away from the indoor flat screen TV and additional seating on an "L" shaped sectional, located directly under a brand new ductless A/C unit.
Indoors, the sectional couch converts to a Queen size bed (linens for both Queen size beds are located in the storage inside of this couch). It sleeps 1-2 people and seats up to 4 people when the room is being used as an air conditioned game room, complete with a light blue mini fridge and a second flat screen TV.
There is also a dedicated work space located by the half-wall near the stairs and a door leading to the laundry room which has a washer and dryer inside.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home except for the kitchen pantry which is locked.
The Neighborhood:
This is an exciting up-and-coming neighborhood in East Nashville located right near the I-41 which is the fast lane to downtown proper Nashville.
Downtown East Nashville is only 5-minutes away and has so much to offer many guests stay on the east Sid of the river during their entire stay.
Getting Around:
Spring to Fall Seasons — Lyft/Uber, Scooter, Drive, Walk.
Rainy or Winter Season — Drive or Lyft/Uber for comfort and convenience!
Other Things to Note:
My home is in a gated community so the gate will be locked to the public most of the time. You'll have an access code but try to prevent giving it out to Lyft/Uber drivers, delivery people where possible. Thank you!
