We do have an Echo Show (Amazon Alexa) in the kitchen for guests to use and listen to music. There is a camera on the device, however it it switched to off on the device itself. If a guest is uncomfortable with the Echo, they may unplug it during their stay.

Started supply of laundry detergent pods, dishwasher detergent pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. If additional supplies are needed, there is a convenience store located at the entrance of the neighborhood.
Things to note:
There are several stairs and we do not have an elevator.
The tankless hot water heater is located in the guest room closet. It does make a low humming noise only when someone is using hot water.
There is a community park and pool located two blocks from the property.
FAQ’s:
Early check-in?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we use the time to clean and perform any maintenance tasks. Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us the day of check-in and we can let you know if we can accommodate an earlier arrival.
Late check-outs?
Unfortunately, no. Our home is in high demand and we require time to prepare for our next guest.
Are there any coffee shops nearby?
Yes, the JB coffee and wine bar is located at the entrance to the neighborhood. They serve coffee, wine, beer, pastries, and gourmet popsicles.
Do you offer a cleaning service?
Yes, we can schedule an additional cleaning service on a weekly basis, for an added cost.
Can I book on behalf of a family member, friend, and co-worker?
No, the person booking the house must be staying at the property.
Can I cancel due to inclement weather?
Payments are fully refundable under mandatory evacuation orders. All other weather related cancellations are non-refundable, however you can purchase trip insurance.
