Beautiful home in quiet gated community. This is the perfect place for families to come and enjoy the best of Arizona. Within a few minutes you can be at State Farm Stadium for all the big events. Even closer are numerous restaurants, and shopping centers. There are plenty of golf courses in the area as well as a Top Golf so you can hang out and test your skills.
The home is situated on two levels. The main level features a spacious king master suite. With a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. Down the hall you will find the pool table and game room.
With this open floor plan it makes it easy to entertain your guests. They can sit at the bar while you prepare meals or serve up your favorite beverages. There is a 60" flat screen tv in the living room. So you will never have to wonder what the score is of the game. Out the back sliding door you will find a large outdoor area equipped with lounging and a gas grill. Soak in the sun by the pool as the water fall eases your mind.
Back inside on the east side of the home you will find 3 queen bedrooms.
Easily move downstairs with the 5 foot wide stairwell. At the bottom of the stairs you will be in the theater rooms with a 120" screen. Relax and watch your favorite movie or game while serving up tasty beverages and treats from the large bar area.
Down the hallway you will find a full bathroom, a queen bedroom and a king bedroom.
There is a charge for early check in and late check out. This has to be approved by management first.
Upon booking, we require all of our guest to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Q. How far away is State Farm Stadium?
A. You are about a 5 to 10 minute drive from the home of the Arizona Cardinals. This location is perfect for families and friends who are wanting to be close to their favorite NFL team. Check out upcoming events and tickets here -

A. Most people fly into Sky Harbor Phoenix. Glendale is located on the West side of the Valley. This is about a 25-30 minute commute to this location.
Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. The Tanger Outlets is only a few minutes away and gives you access to multiple restaurants and shopping during your stay.
Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. During the colder season, this does not mean the pool maintains that temperature. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.
Q. Early check in or late check out?
A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Q. What is provided in the rental?
A. We provide sheets and bedding for all the beds. Towels for all the bathrooms as well as pool towels. There is a starter pack of paper products. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps to get you started on your vacation. It is up to the guest to provide for themselves after the starter pack of products.
