You will also be about a half-mile from several shared amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and community center.
Step through the front door and make your way back to the open great room that consists of a sparkling, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, a dining table for mealtimes or fun-filled game nights, and a sunny and inviting living area with a large sectional sofa and a cable TV. This home includes a second living space with a TV upstairs that is great for the kids, a furnished patio, and a grassy backyard.
THINGS TO KNOW
The wristband fee is $35 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all guests, age six and above, while using the amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.
The indoor pool is not accessible.
The HOA requires a seven-day minimum stay.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
