Step through the front door and make your way back to the sunny great room featuring a sparkling, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island seating, a dining table for six for mealtimes and game nights, and a breezy living area with plush seating and a wall-mounted smart TV. Central air-conditioning, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern essentials. This home includes a private, furnished patio and grassy backyard. Shared, on-site amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and community center.
Things to Know
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The 2022 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age 6 and above, while using our amenities, including the pools,
Clubhouse/Fitness Center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
